Ashley Brinn Kletke

Ashley's path to you started with a 20+ year career at a Fortune 500 med-device company. She started in engineering, then made a very strange and un-predicted switch to recruiter, the first step off a carefully planned career path and on to what she was actually meant to do. Leadership roles in HR, operations, sales operations, wellbeing, and culture shifting developed Ashley's foundational belief that … We are unlimited in what we can accomplish when we know our purpose and we’re at our best.

Now through her business, You Unlimited, Ashley helps people, teams, and businesses move forward into their purpose and best performance through coaching, workshop development, and facilitation.

Testimonials

"Ashley's workshop completely transformed my mindset around work-life balance. I learned to shift from viewing it as a balancing act between work and home to seeing it as a wheel of importance. Now, I understand that if a piece of me is present in each section of the wheel, I feel truly balanced."  - J.R. Harper, President Envision Advertising, Leadership development program participant

"If I had to pick just one most valuable thing from this workshop it would be the development of purpose. It is something I have always struggled with, but the way it was presented and explained in connection with the Five Elements of Wellbeing was very helpful and rewarding."

- Leadership development program participant

"I was referred to Ashley when I was at an all-point low in my career.  Ashley was able to help me see myself in ways that I wasn't able to and to help me become a next level professional at a time when I was really stuck.  So very grateful.  I literally felt myself growing every time we had a session."
